The Union LA x Air Jordan 4 Retro ''Off Noir'' represents the follow-up effort to the duo''s coveted Air Jordan 1 collaboration from 2018. The updated design features a black suede upper with matching black mesh on the toe and blue mesh around the collar. The translucent structured wings are connected to molded red eyelets that match the Air Jordan woven label on the padded tongue and Nike Air branding on the heel. the TPU wings are filled in, reminiscent of Tinker Hatfield''s original sketches for the AJ4, while the AIR JORDAN label, usually found on the inside of the tongue, conveys a unique look, as if someone had the tongue of the shoe folded up to reveal the label inside. Finally, the "UN/LA" label on the side panel shows the legacy of the league, and the yellowed midsole conveys a vintage aesthetic.
